Walk & Wag 30 Day Fundraising Challenge
How many lives can you save?
Now in its 8th year, Walk & Wag encourages both our local NYC communities and boroughs and animal-loving communities everywhere to get active while raising critical funds for our no-kill mission.
From September 19 to October 19, 2024, participants will walk while fundraising to help homeless animals.
We will keep you updated on fun weekly contests and milestone fundraising rewards. Once you join you can easily share your fundraising page on Facebook. You can also share your walk journey by telling friends and family why you walk – whether it’s for your favorite furry pal, in memory of a devoted animal lover or pet, or for animals EVERYWHERE!
We are counting on our corporate friends and donors to consider showing their dedication to saving homeless pets – either by sponsoring this lifesaving event or by forming a team to help raise funds!
WALK FINALE
On Saturday, October 19, join us for our in-person Walk Finale at Pier 84, Hudson River Park for a 3-mile route. Bring your family, friends and of course your PAW-some pup to this dog-friendly event! Families, children, and friends of all ages and abilities are welcome! The starting location is Pier 84 where all walkers will enjoy a vendor fair, activities, food and drinks, music, and our adoption unit with adorable, adoptable puppies and kittens.
