Daugther surrended my cat. I needed it back

Question

I lost in court 10/2021 to regain my cat 'cause my daugther'd surrended in document on my absence! Can my daugther help me in Court next to get the cat back? How?

Answer

Although people who believe that their animal is being wrongfully withheld can sue to try to get the animal returned, it is very difficult to get an animal returned after the animal has been surrendered, and particularly after the animal has been re-homed. It is even more difficult to get an animal returned after the case has already been litigated and the person/entity who currently has the animal won the lawsuit. Consider consulting with an attorney in your state regarding an appeal. Time is of the essence. I hope that everyone involved considers the best interests of this cat!
