Pre-Approval Inquiry Form

Looking to adopt soon? Get pre-approved before your visit by applying to adopt online. You’ll not only make the adoption process easier, but you’ll find your new best friend even sooner!

This online form will accept 10 applicants per day, through Friday, April 25, 2025. Once the daily limit is reached the form will close and re-open again the next morning at 10:00am. Our Adoption Counselors will reach out to each applicant to continue the pre-approval process. These slots will be filled on a first come first served basis. Potential adopters may be required to provide additional information when contacted for application review. Adopters must be at least 21 years old. All applications are subject to approval.

Only applicants from the following states will be considered for adoption.

Connecticut
Delaware
Maryland
Massachusetts

New Hampshire
New Jersey
New York
Pennsylvania

Rhode Island
Vermont
Washington D.C.
