CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor or any of its or their respective parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, retailers or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family (spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, and children and stepchildren) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited by law. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by sweepstakes official rules.  By acceptance of their prize, winners consent to use of their names, photographs or other likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of North Shore Animal League America, its affiliates and subsidiaries, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are sponsored by North Shore Animal League America (“Sponsor”) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. No liability is assumed for printing errors, lost, late, postage due, or misdirected entries.

2024 All-Cash Sweepstakes Official Rules: To enter the 2024 All-Cash Sweepstakes with or without donating, follow the directions stated in the mail piece. Limit one entry per postage pre-paid outer envelope.  All entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2024, and received no later than January 10, 2025, or as otherwise stated in this package. Prizes to be awarded in the 2024 All-Cash Sweepstakes are as follows: 1 Grand Prize – $50,000; 1 First Prize – $15,000; 1 Second Prize – $5,000; 1 Third Prize – $2,500; 1 Fourth Prize – $1,000; 1 Fifth Prize – $500. Not all the major prizes will necessarily be mentioned in every mailing, but all major prizes will be awarded. Graphics are for illustrative purposes only. Prize winners will be randomly selected by independent judges selected by Sponsor (no later than January 31, 2025), whose decisions are final.  Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be notified by mail and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. Odds are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds of winning the Grand, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Prizes are no greater than 1 in 8 million. All major prizes in the 2024 All-Cash Sweepstakes to be awarded. All cash prizes paid in the form of a check and deemed delivered upon receipt. It is not the responsibility of the Sponsor to confirm winner checks have been cashed. Any claim to a purported lost, mutilated, missing, unclaimed or stolen prize(s) must be received within 45 days of notification of winning or will be ignored. Prize checks that are uncashed after 180 days are void and will not be replaced or reissued. FAST 50 Prizes/$1,000.00 Bonus Cash: Fifty (50) prizes of $150.00 cash each will be awarded in a random drawing once per year to 50 respondents who enter by the Fast 50 Deadline. Each package will have a unique Fast 50 deadline beginning with Feb. 22, 2023 and ending with Jan. 31, 2025. All responses received by the specific deadline within that package will be entered. The first 50 prize winners will be randomly selected by independent judges selected by Sponsor no later than March 29, 2024. The second 50 prize winners will be randomly selected by independent judges by Sponsor no later than March 31, 2025. The decisions of the judges are final. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be notified by mail and Bonus Cash winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds of winning a Fast 50 prize are no greater than 1 in 50,000. There is no purchase or donation necessary and a purchase or contribution does not increase your chances of winning. Only responses mailed in the provided reply envelope, via First Class Mail, will be valid. All eligibility rules as above apply. In addition, (1) $1,000 BONUS CASH prize will be awarded to one of the Fast 50 winners in a random drawing. Odds of winning the BONUS CASH are 1 in 50 for one of the Fast 50 winners. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in these Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes, including but not limited to prize(s) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS and held at the JAMS regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in these Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
