CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor or any of its respective parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, retailers or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family (spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, and children and stepchildren) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited by law. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by sweepstakes official rules.  By acceptance of their prize, winners consent to use of their names, photographs or other likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of North Shore Animal League America, its affiliates and subsidiaries, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are sponsored by North Shore Animal League America (“Sponsor”) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. 2026 $3,000 Drawing Prize: If you respond to the package received by December 31, 2026, you will receive an entry for a chance to win the $3,000 Drawing prize. This is in ADDITION to the entry for a chance to win any of the prizes mentioned below in the 2026 ALL-CASH Sweepstakes which also ends December 31, 2026. Consumer Disclosures above apply. Prize winner will be randomly selected by independent judges selected by Sponsor (no later than January 31, 2027), whose decisions are final. Taxes on prize is the sole responsibility of winner. 2026 All-Cash Sweepstakes Official Rules: To enter the 2026 All-Cash Sweepstakes with or without donating, follow the directions stated in the mail piece. Limit one entry per postage pre-paid outer envelope.  All entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, and received no later than January 10, 2027, or as otherwise stated in this package. Prizes to be awarded in the 2026 All-Cash Sweepstakes are as follows: 1 Grand Prize – $50,000; 1 First Prize – $15,000; 1 Second Prize – $5,000; 1 Third Prize – $2,500; 1 Fourth Prize – $1,000; 1 Fifth Prize – $500. Not all of the major prizes will necessarily be mentioned in every mailing, but all major prizes will be awarded. Graphics are for illustrative purposes only. Prize winners will be randomly selected by independent judges selected by Sponsor (no later than January 31, 2027), whose decisions are final. It is not the responsibility of the Sponsor to confirm winner checks have been cashed. Any claim to a purported lost, mutilated, missing, unclaimed or stolen prize(s) must be received within 45 days of notification of winning or will be ignored. Prize checks that are uncashed after 180 days are void and will not be replaced or reissued. Enter Without Donating: To receive one bonus sweepstakes entry each calendar month without joining Gold Club, which includes one 2026 entry for the $3,000 prize, legibly hand print your first and last name, mailing address and full number appearing above your name and address in this mailing on a 3” x 5” index card and mail it via First Class Mail to North Shore Animal League America, P.O. Box 97002, Washington DC 20090-7002 for receipt by the 1st of the month for which you would like to be entered for a chance to win. Limit: one index card per person per calendar month for the 2026 All-Cash prizes, and one index card per person per year for the $3,000 prize.

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS and held at the JAMS regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
