Joining the thousands of runners who hit the pavement for the 50th anniversary of the TCS NYC Marathon was Team Animal League. Since 2008, the athletes running on behalf of Animal League America have raised an incredible $1.7 million to support our lifesaving work. Net proceeds from the 2021 Team Animal League benefited the operation of Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, and help us find homes for rescue pets like Team Captain Scott Guber’s beloved cat Belle, who Scott adopted from us ten years ago.
